Arabic was born in the Pre-Islamic era and was the native language of the tribes of the Arabian Peninsula. The original pure Arabic, FuSha, is the language of the Holy Quran, and its grammar as codified in the 8th and 9th centuries remains normative. Since the advent of Islam and after the Muslim conquests of what is now the Arab world, FuSha has played two important roles in people’s minds.
This book focuses on the discourse of the official religious institution (Al Azhar) under the rule of the Muslim Brotherhood. The suthor paid due attention to both statements made by al-Mashyakha and speeches of sheikh Al Azhar in Around the time of the ouster of the MB-president Mohamed Morsi 2013, and the subsequent Rab'aa massacre.

In an interesting comparison between the economic development experiences of Egypt and Turkey throughout the last thirty years, Egyptian researcher Amr Ismail Adly tracks the similarities of the early start of teh two experiences, yet while Turkey succeeded upon basing that development on an industrial base, Egypt failed due to its dependence on rentier sources of state finance, and these economic conditions eventually formed one of the factors that led to the revolt that ousted the 30-year-presidency of Hosni Mubarak in 2011.
